Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy
Cancellation Policy:
Orders once placed shall not be cancelled or exchanged for another product at any cause. Raising issues on full or partial cancellation of orders once placed is not appreciated.
If a particular item in your entire order cannot be processed by us, the item can be replaced for an equivalent value or additional value item considering the additional price can be paid.
Refund Policy :
As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. A refund would be initiated only in case when we are not able to process the order.
Return Policy
We shall not accept return, refund or exchange requests raised for any of our products unless and until the damage is caused prior to delivery.
We are duly responsible for any damage caused to the merchandise while in transit to the buyer.
