Exchange Eligibility

• Exchanges are only available for defective products or incorrect items delivered.

• Please note that slight color variations (2-3%) may occur due to camera effects and are not considered defects.

• If the product is defective or incorrect, you may request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item on Watsapp 9652097370

• We require a video of the parcel being opened to process any claims; without this, we cannot entertain complaints.

• Please note that we currently cannot facilitate product returns; customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact, and must not show signs of use.

• Once the returned item passes our quality check at the warehouse, the exchange will be processed.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

• Exchanges are strictly available only for defective or incorrect items.

• If the product does not pass our quality check upon return, we cannot issue a refund or exchange.

• Refund will not be provided at any circumstances, exchange will be given for the same product or an equivalent product
